Cscape offers 14 small group matwork classes a week in our Penryn based studio and also offers private classes which can take place at your home or in a hired hall space, either for individuals or small groups of friends.

Small group sizes with Cscape Pilates ensures that you will be offered individual attention to enable you to get the most amount out of your Pilates class, and your Pilates teacher will really get to understand your physicality and be able to respond by offering you specific modifications to help your body.

Cscape Pilates offers group classes in 5 to 7 week blocks which generally follow school term times.  Pilates exercises progress from week to week and movement patterns are introduced and layered like building blocks, therefore courses are recommended to see and feel the progression.  A One to One session is always recommended and highly advisable to be able to tailor make a specific Pilates programme for you addressing your individual needs and aims, and is particularly valuable for those with injuries or rehabilitation needs as well as for women in Pregnancy and post natal.  For those unable to commit to a regular weekly class, please contact Sally to discuss the possibility of One to One’s sessions or availability for drop in classes dependent on whether there is space in classes.
