Equipment and clothing


All equipment will be provided including mats, balls and bands. 


Clothing with some stretch in is really helpful for Pilates to give you as much mobility as possible, e.g. jogging bottoms or leggings and a T-shirt or vest top.  It is helpful for your teacher  to be able to see the lines of the body to offer you as much feedback as possible, so wear reasonably close ftting clothing if you are comfortable to.  

Foot wear

Bare feet or socks is fine.
