Class spaces are strictly limited to 6-10 people therefore pre booking is essential for classes.

10.40 – 11.40am Gentle Beginners and Improvers 55+ (8 people max.)   suitable for injury rehabilitation. Teacher Joanne Hawkin

6.30-7.30pm Pregnancy Pilates (6 people max) Teacher Sally Knight. 

7.45-8.45pm Post Natal / Mums class (8 people max) Teacher Sally Knight.
