I have been attending Cscape Pilates classes for a number of years now and they are just the best teachers. Classes are available for all levels and within each class the exercises are tailored to suit individual needs, with different options being provided. All the teachers are super-friendly and clear; the class is at just the right pace. Can highly recommend.

All the teachers who work with Cscape are really good, and the classes are always very well structured with plenty of variety, and the exercises adjusted to the needs to individuals. It's a miracle that a life long sport phobic like myself manages to something like this regularly - and even enjoy it. All due to the brilliant and lovely teachers who run the courses for Cscape.

I have been doing pilates with Cscape for 7 years. The classes are run by very professional and dedicated teachers and are different each week. I am in my mid 70s and learn among much younger people. One of the main attributes of Cscape is that the teachers accommodate all ages, abilities and medical conditions. They make the classes fun and you can choose your own individual level to which to work

I've been so pleased with Pilates classes at CScape over the years. I started going post partum to strengthen my core and also help with posture and back ache. The team are just wonderful, so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! Sally also has a great way of explaining each move in detail, giving option for different abilities and just making you feel at ease. Always feel great after class; the zoom options are also vary handy for when it isn't possible to attend in person. Highly recommend trying out one of their classes.
